This Refund & Return Exchange Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the official My Miraculous Wellness website, authorized distributors, or franchise outlets. It governs refunds, returns for retail customers, premium customers, and independent distributors.

**2. Retail & Premium Customer Returns**
1. If you are a retail or premium customer and are not completely satisfied with a product, you may request a **return, or refund** within **30 calendar days** of the billing or delivery date.
2. To be eligible for a full refund:
* The product must be in **marketable condition** (unused, sealed, undamaged, and not expired).
* The original invoice must be provided.
3. Products returned in **unmarketable condition** (opened, used, or damaged) will not be eligible for a refund.
*Return Policy* :
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required.

If a Miraculous Independent Distributor resigns for any reason, you may be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the MEP and unopened or Unbreakable products, Miraculous wellness products are purchased within the cooling Of Period 180 days. To start the refund process, submit the Inventory Repurchase Form that is available on mymiraculouswellness.com and contact the Refunds & Return Department 8905033830 to arrange for the pick-up of items to be returned to Miraculous Wellness Pvt.Ltd.
